Postal Service resumed on June 27th, 2011. According to the Canada Post website, the large volume of mail to process has caused some short-term capacity challenges.
Consider registering for 'Go Figure' today and always have access to your bill online.

Chatham-Kent Energy has taken steps to arrange alternative mail delivery options for your hydro and water bill and other pertinent information. However, we cannot ensure delivery. Customers are still required to pay their bill by the due date, and are urged to register for Go Figure at www.ckhydro.com. Registering for Go Figure will allow immediate access to your account information, including the amount due and due date, helping you avoid any late penalty charges.
For your account balance you may also phone (519) 352-6300 and press 2 – have your 13 digit account # handy.

Do I have to pay my bill during the postal strike?
Yes. If there is a postal strike and work stoppage, you are still required to pay your bill by the due date.
How can I find out what my bill amount is?
You can access your account information online:
You may access your account information, including your most recent bill online at www.ckhydro.com through our “Go Figure” service. If you have not signed up for go figure, please click the Go Figure icon on the website, orclick here and follow the instructions.

Phone (519) 352-6300 and await the voice prompts. Press 2 for the automated account information service(Be sure to have your 13 digit account number ready).

Pre-Authorized Payment (PAP)
Consider signing up for our Preauthorized Payment Plan. You can set up pre-authorized payments by due date or by budget if you haven’t already signed up. Drop by Chatham-Kent Energy at 320 Queen Street in Chatham, or Phone (519) 352-6300 to register.
You can also download the Pre Authorized Application here, and return to our office with a void cheque attached.
In Person
Payments can be made at the CK Energy office, located at 320 Queen Street in Chatham between 8:30am and 4:30pm, as well as at any Municipal Service Office. Be sure to have your account information with you.
After Hours
You can drop your payments in our after-hours drop box located to the right of the front doors just outside of Chatham-Kent Energy’s office at 320 Queen Street in Chatham. Be sure to include with your payment:

- Account Number
