The Chatham-Kent Utility Services office located at 320 Queen St. in Chatham, will no longer be open to walk-in traffic for inquiries and bill payments effective November 1st, 2011, due to the availability of alternative payment options. 

• Pre-Authorized Payments are available through Chatham-Kent Utility Services (by budget or by due date) – Click here for to download the PDF brochure and application form (Sign up before December 1 to be entered into a draw to win an iPad2!) 
• Any bank branch, financial institution or bank machine
• Internet and telephone banking
• Credit Card payments are available by a third party vendor by telephone (1-866-417-2809) - or online (click here)  *Please note, an additional processing fee is charged through the third party vendor
• Drop boxes are available at 320 Queen St., as well as at any Municipal Centre
• Chatham-Kent Municipal Centres continue to act as an option for payment.
